House Extension In Owlesbury
What a transformation the team made to our customer’s home in Owslebury, near Winchester. The brief was to convert and extend their existing bungalow so we took the roof off and added a sizeable extension to create a 2-storey fantastic family home. We also helped them with their planning and design permissions and completely refitted the interior. This included a new bathroom and crafting them a stunning hand-made wooden kitchen which really makes the most of their fantastic new kitchen/living/dining space.

House Demolition
Shedfield Construction not only extend and renovate properties; but sometimes get asked to demolish an existing house to build a new one in its place. Often a customer has found an ideal plot of land; but the house or bungalow on it may not be in a good state of repair. Therefore, it works out more beneficial to buy the plot and demolish it; especially as many older houses come with very generous plots. If you are looking at this as an option or know of any plots of land that may become available, we are always interested in any developing opportunities or joint ventures.
New Build Family Home in Shedfield
Shedfield Construction often purchase a piece of land with the intention of building a new property on it. This new 4-bedroom detached house that we are building on Church Street in Shedfield will be available to purchase in Spring 2020. Built and designed to a very high spec it has 4 bedrooms (master bedroom with en-suite, second bedroom with en-suite plus two others), a family bathroom and a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area.
